Ann Mathai, B.S.

Psychological Technician

Ann has worked at Insightful Minds for over three years, closely assisting Dr. Mathew in the evaluation process and providing compassionate client support. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma, an associate’s degree from Rose State College, and is pursuing a master’s degree at Southern Nazarene University. With a warm and empathetic approach, Ann is passionate about helping others and aims to become a licensed therapist. She enjoys family time, reading, and travel.

Merly Mathew, Ph.D.

Licensed Health Service Psychologist

Dr. Mathew is a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience providing psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her doctorate at Oklahoma State University and specializes in assessments for anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, PTSD, OCD, and personality disorders. As founder of Insightful Minds, she is dedicated to delivering compassionate, tailored care that fosters clarity and growth. Outside work, she enjoys time with her family and her pets.

Sherry Morgan

Front Desk & Administrative Support

Sherry warmly welcomes clients to Insightful Minds while ensuring the clinic runs smoothly each day. With a background in business ownership and medical office management, she blends professionalism with a caring, personalized touch. Her approachable nature helps clients feel supported and valued from the beginning of their journey. A mother of three and grandmother, Sherry brings the same genuine warmth and reliability to her work as she does to her family, making her an invaluable, trusted member of the team.

Alejandra Alvizu

Clinical Support Specialist

Alejandra is a valued member of the Insightful Mind Psychological Services team, where she supports the clinical evaluation process and helps ensure a compassionate, client-centered experience for every individual we serve. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.With a strong foundation in human development and a genuine heart for service, Alejandra brings warmth, empathy, and cultural responsiveness to her work. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families while continuing to grow in her clinical skills, with the goal of becoming a licensed therapist.Outside of her professional role, Alejandra enjoys spending quality time with her family, investing in personal growth, and striving to live a balanced and meaningful life.

Patient Coordinator

Amitti Garrison serves as the Patient Coordinator at Insightful Mind PsychologicalServices, where she is often the first point of contact for clients. She plays a key role in creating a welcoming and organized experience, assisting with scheduling, communication, and guiding individuals through the intake process.Amitti is committed to providing a positive and supportive environment for every client, ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Her approachable nature helps clients feel comfortable and supported from their very first connection with the practice.Outside of her role, Amitti enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son. She deeply values her role as a wife and mother and prioritizes building a strong, meaningful family life.
