Dr. Mathew is a licensed Health Service Psychologist with over a decade of experience in psychological assessment and mental health services. She earned her doctorate at Oklahoma State University, bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, and her master's degree from Southern Nazarene University. She completed her predoctoral internship at Utah State University.
Dr. Mathew specializes in providing comprehensive evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. She is skilled in assessing a wide range of psychological challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, and autism spectrum disorder. Her approach focuses on delivering compassionate, tailored care to help patients gain clarity and achieve personal growth.
Dedicated to empowering individuals, Dr. Mathew founded Insightful Minds Psychological Services to address the increasing demand for quality mental health evaluations in the Oklahoma City area. She is passionate about helping patients understand their mental health experiences and find actionable pathways toward well-being.
When not working, Dr. Mathew enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved 14-year-old Dachshund and Jack Russell mix.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University. As an LPC candidate, Collin continues to expand his clinical expertise while working under the supervision of Dr. Mathew. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Southern Nazarene University, with aspirations of becoming a trusted, impactful therapist in the future.
Outside of the clinic, Ann enjoys spending time with her family and friends, discovering new experiences, reading, and proudly embracing her role as the fun aunt to her nieces and nephews.
